Biography
Dr Mathias Wilde has been working as a research assistant at the Institute of Humanography in the Department of Mobility Research. He studied transport and transport at Erfurt University of Applied Sciences and the Technical University of Vilnius. Afterwards, Mr. Wilde taught and researched the transport and space of the Erfurt University of Applied Sciences. In 2012 he was promoted to the Faculty of Chemistry and Geosciences at the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena.
Research Interest
His research interests lie at the interface between traffic geography, social geography and the analysis of everyday mobility from an action theory perspective. In addition, it is concerned with application-oriented questions, which relate in particular to the design and financing of public transport systems
