Biography
Dr. Veit Bachmann,has joined the Department of Human Geography at Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main in 2010. He has functioned as the director of the interdisciplinary working group EuroGaps exploring external relations and external perceptions of the EU in sub-Saharan African and Eastern Europe.
Research Interest
Area studies, (critical) geopolitics, sustainable development, cultural geography, economic and urban geography, European studies, migration, processes and practices of globalization and regionalization and global North-South relations
