Biography

since 12/2011 Scientific associate and PhD student at the IfM FU Berlin in the field of medium-term climate prediction and climate model evaluation. Coordination of the project 'Integration' part of Module D in the major project 'MiKlip' funded by the BMBF. 04/2005-11/2011 Academic studies of Meteorology (Diploma), Freie Universität Berlin Diploma thesis in cooperation with the NATHAN Research Group at the Helmholtz-Centre Potsdam GFZ German Research Center for Geosciences : 'Atmospheric Tides and their Influence on Earth Rotation' 05/2010-09/2011 Student assistant: NATHAN Research Group at GFZ: Geoscience research with the global climate model WACCM from NCAR, as well as model and webpage assistance at the Helmholtz Centre Potsdam, the German Research Center for Geosciences (GFZ) in the section 1.3 Earth System Modeling 07/2006-06/2010 Student assistant: WG Climate System Modeling (AG KLIMOD): Assistance and installation of global and regional climate models at the Institute of Meteorology and on mainframe computer at the ZEDAT (FU-Berlin) and DKRZ (Hamburg), administrator in the 'IT' including maintenance and installation of PCs in the area of Linux and Windows, the formation of a CIP-Pool computer cluster, as well as the construction and design of the institute's homepage at the section 'Studium und Lehre'
