Biography
Matthias Adolf, Dr. rer. pol., has been an apprentice in the field of international relations and energy policy at the Otto Suhr Institute of the Free University of Berlin since 2004. His doctorate in the project "Energy Policy in the Caspian Region" funded by the Volkswagen Foundation, headed by PD Dr. He completed Lutz Mez in 2009. Since August 2009, he has been working as a research assistant in various projects at the Research Center for Environmental Policy and the Berlin Center for Caspian Region Studies.
