Biography
Born, 1975; 1999 BA in psychology at the Albert-Ludwigs-University Freiburg; 2002 MA in Clinical Psychology at the Albert-Ludwigs-University Freiburg; 2006 PhD in Clinical Psychology at King's College London (PhD supervisor: Prof. Anke Ehlers); 2006-2009 Research Fellow in Anxiety Disorders at the Institute of Psychiatry and at Maudsley Hospital, King's College London. 2009-2010 Lecturer ("Oberassistentin"), Dept of Psychology and Psychotherapy, University of Basel; 2010 Senior researcher and research group leader (SNSF), Dept of Psychology and Psychotherapy, University of Zurich
Research Interest
Her current research focuses on Coping behavior in emergencies The necessity of the appropriate handling of emergency situations has increased in social perception due to major damage events or catastrophes
