Hans Michael Norkus is Independent Director of the Company. He is Founder and President of Alliance Consulting Group since 1986. He was vice President and Director of The Boston Consulting Group from 1975 to 1986.Other Directorships: Acco Brands Corporation - Audit Committee Member and Nominating and Governance Committee Chairman, Overland Storage, Inc. until January 2011. Committees: Mr. Norkus currently serves as a member of the Compensation and Governance Committees of Board.
