Biography
Robert James Scott, CA, is Director of the Company. Mr. Scott has over 20 years of professional experience in the areas of accounting, corporate finance and merchant banking, and is a CA and a CFA charterholder. Since March, 2007, Mr. Scott has served as the chief financial officer of Riverside Resources Inc., a mineral exploration company listed on the TSX-V with early-stage mineral projects in Mexico. He is also a co-founder and director of Pan American Hydro Corp., a developer of small hydro projects in Latin America.
