Biography
Boris Schinkels Born in 1971. From 1991 studied law at the University of Bielefeld. First Juristisches Staatssexamen 1996. Scientific assistant / assistant in Bielefeld 1996-1999 as well as 2000-2002. From 1999 onwards, Second Juristisches Staatssexamen and Doctorate 2001. LL.M. Program at the University of Cambridge 2001-2002. Scientific assistant with Prof. Dr. Thomas Pfeiffer at the Institute for Foreign and International Private and Business Law at the University of Heidelberg 2002-2007. Habilitation in Heidelberg 2007. Chair positions in Heidelberg (SS 2007) and Greifswald (WS 2007/08).Since 2008, lecturer at the University of Greifswald.
