Joachim Lege born in Lübeck.1977-1982 Studies of law in Bielefeld and Freiburg im Breisgau 1986 lawyer in Freiburg. 1987-1995 Wiss. Assistant at the Institute of Legal Philosophy and General State Studies at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg (Prof. Dr. Reinhold Zippelius) 1994 Doctorate to Dr. jur. in Erlangen, Germany. 1995-1997 Habilitation scholarship from the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft. 1997 Habilitation for Public Law and Legal Philosophy in Freiburg i. Breisgau (Prof. Dr. Alexander Hollerbach).1997-1998 Chair positions in Freiburg, Bielefeld and Dresden.1998-2003 Professor of Public Law at the Faculty of Law, Technical University Dresden (Institute of Technology and Environmental Law) since 1.4.2003 professor in Greifswald.
