Biography
Hans-Werner Eckert born in 1953. Studied law at the University of Giessen 1974 - 1980.Research assistant at the Chair of Roman Law, Civil Law, Labor and Social Law of the University of Giessen (Prof. Dr. Söllner) 1982 - 1987. Dr. jur. In addition,At the Federal Ministry of Justice in Bonn 1987 - 1997, initially as a speaker in the papers "Corporate Law, Corporate Constitution" and "Debt Protection, Consumer Protection". Habilitation Giessen 1993 for Civil Law, Labor Law, Commercial and Corporate Law. Since 1997, professor in Greifswald.
