Biography
Dr. Moll was born on October 31, 1949 in Gevelsberg, Germany. After achieving his Abitur leaving certificate and subsequent service in the German Federal Border Guard, he studied law in Marburg and Cologne in Germany, and Berkeley/USA. He obtained his doctorate from the Faculty of Law at Cologne University, and subsequently the Master of Laws at the University of California at Berkeley, School of Law.
