Biography
Dr. Kamyar Hadian is currently the Head of the ‘Assay Development and Screening Platform’ at the HelmholtzZentrum München in Munich/Germany. He has in-depth experience in designing biochemical as well as cell-based assays for High-Throughput and High-Content Screening in various disease areas such as Cancer, Diabetes, Virology, Immunology and more. His current research focus is targeting protein-protein interactions in various cellular signaling processes. Before that, Kamyar studied Biology at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and gained his PhD at the HelmholtzZentrum München/Ludwig Maximilians University (LMU) in the field of Virology (HIV research). After a short PostDoc period in the field of NF-kB signaling, he was appointed the Head of ‘Assay Development and Screening Platform’ at the HelmholtzZentrum München.
