Biography
Sergei Zherlitsyn is the Head of Department Magnet Technologies and Research Infrastructure, Dresden High Magnetic Field Laboratory, Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf, Germany. He has a Ph.D. degree in Physics from Institute for Low Temperature Physics and Engineering, Kharkov, USSR. He has done M.S. in Physics from Kharkov State University, USSR.
