Biography
Sergei Zvyagin is a scientist at Dresden High Magnetic Field Laboratory, Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf university. He has done Ph.D. in Physics (Magnetism) at Institute for Low Temperature Physics, Kharkov, USSR/Ukraine. He has also finished his Diploma in Physics (Quantum Radiophysics) from Kharkov State University, USSR.
