  Dr. Rer. Nat. Simone Bagel-Trah serves as a Member of the Executive Board at Carl Zeiss AG, Oberkochen. Dr. Bagel-Trah was a Partner of Antiinfectives Intelligence Gesellschaft für klinisch-mikrobiologische Forschung und Kommunikation mbH since 2000. She has been the Chairwoman of Supervisory Board at Henkel AG & Co. KGaA Vz since September 23, 2009 and has been its a Member since April 14, 2008. She has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Henkel Management AG since 2009. She served as a Vice Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of Henkel Management AG from 2008 to 2009.
