Biography
Alan Thomas Carruthers has been appointed as Non-Executive independent Director of Hydrodec Group Plc., effective 9 August 2012. Alan has 27 years’ experience in the financial services sector and from 2003 to 2010 was Global Head of Equities at Cazenove. During this time he was appointed a main Board Director and was a member of both the executive and operations committees. He helped spearhead the joint venture with J.P.Morgan in 2005 and spent a year as Head of EMEA Cash Equities at J.P.Morgan Cazenove, following the buyout of Cazenove in January 2011.
