Biography
Prof Dr Hettich has extensive experience in the legal, financial and economical aspects of structuring and restructuring of medium-sized and public companies; equity investments of start up companies; mergers and acquisitions and IPO preparations. Prof Hettich serves as chairman and member on the board of several (public and non-public) companies and foundations. He is attorney and partner of RITTERSHAUS Rechtsanwaelte in Mannheim/Frankfurt. Prof. Hettich is co-founder and managing director of dievini advisors in health sciences GmbH & Co. KG. He has a law degree from the University of Freiburg (Germany) and Doctorate in law (LLD) from the University of Wuerzburg, Germany. He was nominated Honorary Professor at the University of Applied Sciences (FH) in Heidelberg, Germany in 2004.
