Research Interest
Synthesis of selective activators of the TRPML1 ion channel for the treatment of mucolipidosis IV. Synthesis of classes of compounds (eg benzodiazepines, benzotriazepines) that act as inhibitors of bromodomains of the BET family. Synthesis of substances that inhibit enzymes of cholesterol biosynthesis (eg Oxidosqualencylcase inhibitors) and thus come as new lipid-lowering drugs in question.
