Biography
Grünwald Reinhard completed Studies of physics, chemistry, philosophy, and history of sciences at the University of Stuttgart, at the Wilfrid Laurier University (Waterloo, Ontario), and at Hamburg university. Graduation in 1992, German university degree "diploma" in physics Grünwald Reinhard joined as Member of scientific staff at the Hahn-Meitner-Institute (HMI) and dissertation at Freie Universität Berlin (Faculty of Chemistry) on the properties of photo-electrochemical solar cells; PhD in 1997, Member of the Scientific Staff at the Institute for Futures Studies and Technology Assessment, Berlin (1996 - 2000), Senior scientist at ITAS, since October 2000, affiliated to the Office of Technology Assessment at the German Bundestag (TAB)
