Biography
Mbah Melanie completed her Studies of Geography, Political Sciences and Public Law at the University of Heidelberg (2008) and PhD at the KIT (Institute of Geography and Geoecology) in 2014. 2009 – 2014: Scientific staff at the Institute of Geography and Geoecology (KIT) as well as PhD student with the topic "'Brain drain' from Developing Countries? Migration motivations and processes of Highly-skilled Nigerians". 2008 - 2009: Scientific staff at the Department of Geography (University of Heidelberg); project coordination of "Knowledge & Space". 2007 - 2008: Project work at the city government of Heidelberg (Agenda-Bureau); project coordination and public relations activities; topics: one world and education for sustainable development.
