Biography
Moniz António Brandão completed his Studies of sociology at ISCTE - University Institute of Lisbon, until 1980; post-graduation studies on social sciences at University of Azores, in 1983; PhD on sociology at Universidade Nova de Lisboa, in 1992, on processes of technological and organisational changes in the Portuguese manufacturing industry; habilitation, in 2001, at Universidade Nova de Lisboa on Sociology of New Information Technologies.
