Biography
Studies of architecture, with some focus on town planning issues, in Berlin, Venice, and Stuttgart. German university degree “Diplom” in 1992, on scenarios of the development of Caracas (Venezuela) with an emphasis on the mechanisms of informal urban settlements. PhD in 2003, on model strategies for housing supply within the framework of humanitarian aid after war.
