Biography
Prof. Bernhard Henrich received his PhD in Microbiology, University of Kaiserslautern, during the period of 1983. Currently, he is working as Associate Professor, Department of Microbiology, at the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany. His research has included, fermentation of milk products, vegetables and meat.
