Biography
Katarzyna Lepecka-Czajkowska is Head of Regional Clinical Operations Services (RCOS) and in charge of managing clinical operations across Poland, Russia & Kazakhstan, the Baltic States, Hungary, Bulgaria, Serbia and Romania. Mrs. Lepecka-Czajkowska brings to KCR her extensive experience in clinical research gained during over 10 years of work within clinical trials. Prior to joining the company, Mrs. Lepecka-Czajkowska worked for several top pharma companies and a global CRO. Mrs. Lepecka-Czajkowska’s holds the Master of Pharmacy degree from Lublin Medical University, Poland. With her scientific background and post-graduate diploma in human resources management from Kozminski University, Warsaw, Mrs. Lepecka-Czajkowska provides strong leadership across KCR’s Operational Teams.
