Biography
Jan Mueller is Futurestep’s Managing Director, Talent Acquisition Solutions for the EMEA region. A member of Korn Ferry’s global leadership team, he has a joint responsibility for the overall business, as well as for driving growth and expansion in the region. With over 18 years’ experience in international recruitment, Mr. Mueller has held a number of managerial positions for leading HR consulting and talent acquisition companies. His expertise spans executive search, strategic talent acquisition and outsourcing. Before moving into large-scale recruitment solutions, he lead the Executive Search business for a German talent acquisition boutique, delivering strategic assignments for Technology and Industry clients. Mr. Mueller was also Country Manager Germany for an international HR services group. Mr. Mueller has built and managed large-scale recruitment solutions across EMEA for some of the biggest global IT firms and works with clients regarding their recruitment needs across all sectors. Building on the understanding of how talent strategy aligns to the business strategy, he works with clients to develop tailored solutions, providing ongoing support to help meet their business objectives.
