Biography
Christian von Volkmann has been accompanying MagForce since May 2012 and from October 2012 as a member of the Executive Board. He has more than 15 years of experience in corporate finance / capital market transactions, corporate structuring and corporate transactions (M & A). From 2004 to 2010 he held various positions at Jerini AG, most recently as Chief Financial Officer. Among other things, he was responsible for the squeeze-out of the minority shareholders and the integration of the Jerini Group into the Shire Group, as well as the spin-off and sale of parts of the company. From 2010 to 2012, he was the owner of CMaP Financial Consulting, advising companies in the field of statutory publicity and stock exchange listing obligations as well as in operational management. After completing his studies in business administration in Würzburg, the business graduate worked for the auditing firm Ernst & Young from 1998 to 2004. He also passed the exam as a Certified Public Accountant in the US in 1998.
