Biography
r. Ben J. Lipps was appointed to the Executive Board of MagForce AG in September 2013. He was Chief Executive Officer of Fresenius Medical Care between May 1999 and December 2012. During his tenure at Fresenius Medical Care, the company tripled its revenue from $ 3.8 billion to $ 12.8 billion, with net income up to 1.1 Billion USD six times. In addition to his chairmanship, Dr. Lipps until February 2004 Chief Executive Officer of Fresenius Medical Care North America. From October 1989 to February 2004, he served as President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Fresenius USA, where he worked in various capacities from 1985 to 1989 with his predecessor.
