Biography
Mr. Hughes was appointed Chief Operating Officer and Treasurer of MicroVention, Inc. In April 2008 having previously served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since joining the Company in 2002. Mr. Hughes has over 25 years of experience in medical and other technology sectors while hold senior financial positions in public companies and as a former partner and manager in the accounting firm of KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Hughes hold a BS degree in economics from California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo with concentrations in finance and accounting. Mr. Hughes is a member of MicroVention's Board of Directors.
