Biography
"Anne studied biochemistry at the University of Halle. She completed her diploma thesis in the lab of Elisabeth Schwarz (Institute of Biotechnology). In collaboration with Prof. Petra Seemann in the department of Stefan Mundlos, at the Max Planck Institute / Berlin, she analyzed the structure of GDF5, a secreted signaling protein with an essential function in embryonic development. Anne worked in our laboratory on the analysis of IGF2BP1-containing RNPs. Their goal is to identify factors associated with IGF2BP1 and to investigate their role in ACTB mRNA translation and MYC mRNA stabilization. Anne is currently working as coordinator of the GRK1591"
