"Born in 1966 in Erfurt education 1987-1994 studied Protestant Theology and Semitic Studies at the University of Leipzig , the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and the Free University of Berlin 1991 Semitic studies minor 1994 First Theological Examination at the University of Leipzig 1994-1995 study visit to the Hebrew University of Jerusalem as a scholarship holder of the DAAD 1995-1997 PhD student at the Institute for Old Testament Science of the University of Leipzig as a scholarship holder of the state of Saxony 1998 Ph.D. theol. with the dissertation ""Euphemisms in the Hebrew Bible"". Supervisor: Prof. Dr. med.
