Mr. Enrique Castillo Sanchez Mejorada serves as Independent Director of Medica Sur, S.A.B. de C.V. since April 2011. He served as Member of the Company’s Audit Committee until April 24, 2012. He acts as General Manager of Retail Banking of Grupo Financiero Banorte. Before that, he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive President of Ixe Grupo Financiero SAB de CV. Between 2007 and 2009, He acted as President of la Asociacion de Bancos de Mexico. In addition, he serves as Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Grupo Herdez SAB de CV, Alfa SAB de CV, Grupo Embotelladoras Unidas SAB de CV, Grupo Casa Saba SAB de CV, and Southern Copper Corporation.
