Biography
Dr. Juan Ramon de la Fuente Ramirez has served as Independent Director at Medica Sur SAB de CV since April 11, 2014. Since 1980 he has acted as Professor at UNAM, where he has been coordinator of Scientific Research, Director of the Medicine Faculty and President for two terms. He served as Secretary of Health in Mexico, as well as President of Academia Nacional de Medicina and Academia Mexicana de Ciencias. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, UNAM and from Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota.
