Biography
Dr. Octavio Gonzalez Chon serves as Medical Director and Director of Medica Sur, S.A.B. de C.V. He acts as Member of the Corporate Practices Committee of the Company. He has been on the Company's Board for more than 19 years. He is also Director of Fundacion Clinica Medica Sur. In the past, he worked at Instituto Nacional de Cardiologia Ignacio Chavez. In addition, he has been Member of Consejo Mexicano de Anestesiologia, Consejo Mexicano de Medicina Critica Asociacion Latinoamericana del Torax and Colegio Mexicano de Anestesiologia, among others. He cooperated with Cleveland Clinic and Texas Heart Institure. He is Medical Surgeon specialized in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Anaesthesia and Critical Ailment Stage Medicine.
