Biography
Mr. Santiago Garza Borde serves as Independent Director of Medica Sur, S.A.B. de C.V. since April 28, 2011. Before that, he served as Member of the Company's Board from 2003 to 2007. He has also served as Chairman of the Board of Grupo Seguridad Integral and Executive President of all of the companies within the group, which includes COMETRA, SEPSA, SEGURITEC, Central de Alarmas, Alarmas de Mexico, SEPSA Custodias, GSI Mensajeria and AX Transporter. He acts as Chief Executive Officer of Cometra SA de CV. He holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico.
