Biography
Mr. Peter C. Wendell serves as Independent Director of the Company. He is Managing Director, Sierra Ventures since 1982; Faculty, Stanford University Graduate School of Business since 1991. Senior Advisor and Director, WestBridge Crossover Fund, LLC since 2011; Charter Trustee, Princeton University; Chairman, Princeton University Investment Co. from 2003 to 2008 and Director from 1998 to 2008. Mr. Wendell was also a director of Merck Sharp & Dohme Corp. (formerly known as Merck & Co., Inc.) from 2003 to 2009.
