Biography
Neil has over 30 years’ of global construction experience with contractors and consultants in both delivery and business development. In addition to his time leading companies and teams working around the world, Neil’s successful track record encompasses a range of industries and disciplines. This includes the Design and Build and Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC) of specialist buildings and advanced industrial facilities, water treatment systems and environmental solutions, transportation infrastructure as well as major programmes and complex projects planning, project management and delivery. All of which have been underpinned by his absolute commitment to world-class health and safety best practice. Neil joined M+W Group from CH2M where he led their International Water Business as well as more recently acting as Senior Vice President / Regional Managing Director for the company’s Middle East, North African and Indian activities. A chartered engineer (CEng), Neil also holds a Bsc (Hons) Civil Engineering from the University of South Wales, is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers (FICE) and is also a Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv).
