Biography
Prof. Dr. Dr. Stefan Barth is co-founder of Pharmedartis. He graduated at the Friedrich-Wilhelms University in Bonn in Botany and Genetics holding a PhD in biology. At Cologne University he obtained a DMSc in Experimental Medicine and became an associate professor.
Research Interest
Starting in 2000 he worked at the Fraunhofer IME in Aachen heading the Division of Molecular Biology and the Department of Pharmaceutical Product Development focusing on the development of immunodiagnostics and therapeutics. Prof. Dr. Dr. Barth has published over 60 scientific papers and filed 15 patents.
