Biography
Volker Pfahlert was born on 4/16/1958 in Minden. He studied pharmacy at the Technical University of Brunswick and did a PhD in pharmacology. He began his career as a laboratory manager in the pharmaceutical industry and as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. He was Senior Manager at Roche Diagnostics in Mannheim for many years. From 1999 to 2006, Pfahlert held a teaching position at the University of Mannheim at the Department of Business Administration and Marketing.
