Sheela Mohan-peterson

Biography

 Sheela Mohan-Peterson , JD, M S, is Chief Legal and Compliance Officer of OncoSec Medical Incorporated. Ms. Mohan-Peterson has served as our Chief Legal and Compliance Officer since August 2015. She was previously our General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since joining the Company in September 2014. Before joining the Company, Ms. Mohan-Peterson was most recently a Senior Patent Counsel at Merck & Co., Inc. She also held patent counsel positions at several companies, including Schering-Plough Biopharma, DNAX Research Institute, Incyte Genomics, and Roche Bioscience. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in biology from Washington University in St. Louis, her Master’s Degree in biology from Rutgers University, and her law degree from Peninsula (now Lincoln) University (CA).
