Biography
Tracy G. Smith is Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, on July 9, 2008. Prior to becoming Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Smith served as the Company’s Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from September 16, 2003 through July 8, 2008. Prior to becoming Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Smith served as the Company’s Controller from May 1, 2002 through September 15, 2003. Ms. Smith was named Corporate Secretary of the Company effective June 22, 2004. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Smith was the Corporate Controller for RBX Corporation. Ms. Smith is a CPA and has over 12 years of experience in public accounting with KPMG LLP. Ms. Smith left KPMG LLP in December of 2001. Ms. Smith holds a bachelor of science degree in business with a major in accounting from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
