Biography
Professor Jochen Menges holds the Chair of Leadership and Human Resource Management at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Düsseldorf in Germany. He received his doctoral degree in management from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland, spent a year at the Graduate School of Arts and Science at Yale University in the United States, and completed undergraduate and graduate degrees in psychology at the University of Heidelberg in Germany. Jochen Menges is also appointed as a University Lecturer in Organizational Behaviour at Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge in the UK.
