Biography
Novi did her Bachelor’s of Engineering (IT) at the University of Pune, India. Her final year Engineering project - Training Automation System - automated the training needs of thousands of employees of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), getting her the Best Engineering Project Award at the Inter-University level. After graduating in 2004, Novi worked with Kanbay (now Capgemini) performing Business Intelligence and Data Mining for the Prime Brokerage practice of Morgan Stanley.
