Biography
Dr. Florian Humpenöder is a post-doctorate researcher at PIK, working in RD3’s Landuse Management group.
Research Interest
His research interests include future pathways of the global land-use system, land-based mitigation (avoided deforestation, afforestation, bioenergy), and trade-offs between land-based climate protection and other sustainable development goals. He is contributing to the development of the land-use model MAgPIE.
