Biography
Sebastian Osorio obtained his doctorate in information systems from the University of Lausanne. At PIK he is member of the "Energy Strategies Europe and Germany (ESED)" group and is responsible for the European power system model LIMES-EU. His main focus is on the impact of environmental targets on generation and transmission investments, and the integration of renewable energies in electricity markets.
