Biography
"Sasha Gora studied art history, international development and museum studies in Montreal, Copenhagen and Gothenburg. She has a joint honors Bachelor degree in art history and international development studies from McGill University (2010) and a Master of Science in international museum studies from the University of Gothenburg (2012). In 2013 she was selected to participate in the Gwangju Biennale International Curatorial Course, South Korea. She has held positions at Nature Morte Berlin, Lothringer 13 Halle, Munich, Dr. Bhau Daji Lad Museum, Mumbai, and the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, Venice. In 2014 she co-curated FOOD SOUND UNDERGROUND, while working at PLATFORM, Munich. Her writing about food culture has been featured in publications such as Gather Journal, Chickpea, Remedy, the Weekender, and Honest Cooking Magazine. She is a regular contributor to MUNCHIES: Food by VICE."
