Alexander Koenig

Biography

Alexander contributes with his clinical network, his neuro-rehabilitation and his electrical engineering know-how and his entrepreneurial experience. He has eight years of research experience in stroke rehabilitation robotics. In his PhD work at ETH Zurich, he worked on improving robot assisted gait rehabilitation after neurological injury and investigated motor control in stroke patients as a postdoctoral researcher at Harvard Medical School. Meanwhile, he gained start-up experience at OmniCompete, a London-based crowd-sourcing start-up, where he was responsible for crowd-sourcing projects in medical technology, robotics, satellite navigation and synthetic biology.
