Biography
Prof. Anja Feldmann, Ph.D., is a professor at the Technische Universität Berlin. Previously, she was a professor in the computer science department at the Technische Universität München and the Universität des Saarlandes. Prior to that, she was a member of the IP Network Measurement and Performance Department at AT&T Labs — Research. Currently Anja Feldmann focuses her research on improving the performance of the Internet. In 2011, she was awarded the Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Prize and the Berliner Wissenschaftspreis (Berlin Science Prize).
Research Interest
Anja Feldmann studied computer science at the University of Paderborn and received her degree in 1990. In 1991 she received a Master of Science and in 1995 a Ph.D. in computer science, both from Carnegie Mellon University.
