Biography
Dr. Markus Böning serves as Chief Financial Officer at Aenova Group GmbH. Previously, he held CFO positions for more than ten years in the North American metal processing and automotive supply industry. He was responsible for finance, accounting, controlling, purchasing, IT, legal and continuous improvement. Throughout his career, he was able to gain significant experience in the areas of M&A, project management, IT implementations, Greenfield projects and restructuring. He holds an MBA and a doctorate degree in Applied Economics from the Ruhr-University Bochum.
