Biography
He serves as Celgene’s Executive Chairman. He assumed that role on March 1, 2016. Before serving as Executive Chairman, Mr. Hugin served as Celgene’s Chief Executive Officer, a position he held since June 2010 and Celgene’s Chairman, a position he has held since June 2011. Mr. Hugin served as President and Chief Operating Officer from May 2006 to June 2010, and was elected by the Board of Directors to serve as a Director in December 2001.
