Eugénia Da Conceição-heldt

Biography

Prof. da Conceição-Heldt's research focuses on the transfer of competencies to international organizations, European integration, global economic governance, the two-level approach, negotiation analyzes and accountability in global governance. Prof. da Conceição-Heldt was a member of the Freie Universität Berlin in Political Science at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. From 2012 to 2016 she was holder of the Chair for International Politics at the TU Dresden. She has also worked at the Center for European Studies at Harvard University, at the European Higher Education Institute in Florence and at the Berlin Science Center for Social Research. She has published more than 20 peer-reviewed journal articles and four monographs as well as special editions in peer-reviewed journals. Since July 1, 2016, Prof. Conceição-Heldt holds the Chair of European and Global Governance at the Munich College of Politics.
